Terms
Plain English, and short, because there is not much to it.
You pay monthly, in advance, VAT included. The price you sign up at is the price until I tell you otherwise, and I will give you a month's notice before any change.
There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel any month and billing stops at the end of it. When you cancel, the site comes down — but the domain is registered in your name and the content is yours, and I will hand it over.
You own what you send me: your words, your photos, your logo. You need the right to use them, and I will take your word for that. I own the code that runs the platform.
Card payments taken through your site go to your own Stripe account, in your business name, and Stripe's fee comes out of the payment. Your relationship with your customers is yours, not mine.
I keep the site up, patched and backed up, and I fix things as fast as I reasonably can — but I cannot promise a site is never down. Nobody honestly can. If something breaks, tell me and I will get on it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
