Privacy

The short version: I collect what I need to reply to you and run your site, and nothing else. I do not sell anything to anyone.

When you send the enquiry form, I store your name, the email address or phone number you gave me, and what you wrote. It goes to my inbox and stays there so I can reply and quote. If you decide not to go ahead, ask and I will delete it.

Visitor numbers are counted with Plausible, which is cookieless and does not track people between sites. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site — there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

Payments are handled by Stripe, who see the card details; I never do. Email is sent through Resend. Both are processors acting on my instructions.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and I will do it. Email hello@mashd.uk. If I get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
